Brief Description:
This workshop teaches participants how to develop actionable improvement plans based on feedback from review points such as Self-Evaluation Reports (SER), assessments of PILOs and CILOs, PAC meetings, and surveys.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand how to analyze feedback from various review points.
- Develop a comprehensive action plan to address areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in academic programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of action plans and make adjustments as necessary.
